Nude Lavender is a Black-owned personal care brand based in Toronto, Canada. We specialize in plant-based body butters and oils, each one carefully made by hand, fair trade and cruelty-free.
We don't believe products need to be toxic to be luxurious and effective. Nude Lavender brings together ancient skincare rituals and techniques from the Caribbean and Africa to create affordable luxury in a bottle.

Processing time
Every order is made and packed by hand, so please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to ship. Weekends and holidays aren't counted.
Rates and delivery
Retail orders ship at a flat rate of $10 USD within Canada and $15 USD to the United States. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
Wholesale orders are quoted separately, with shipping confirmed on your invoice.
Duties and taxes
Orders crossing the border may be subject to duties or import taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged, or your order is missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Unopened products
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened or used body butters and oils.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email us through our contact page with your order number.
We'll reply with return instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

Products
Our body butters and oils are for external use only. Patch test before first use, avoid contact with eyes, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Check the ingredient list on each product page if you have sensitivities or allergies.
Pricing and orders
All prices are in US dollars. We may update prices and products at any time. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error, in which case you'll receive a full refund.
All photos, text and branding on this site belong to Nude Lavender and may not be used without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
